St Petersburg tip:

whatever you do - don't call the town Stalingrad to anyone over the age of 50....will create evil look and potential long russian speech...all of which you don't want to suffer unless you wanna join a russian family...

oh and take it easy on the russian vodka...known for dodgy stuff in it given to foreigners...if you can drink what the locals drink then your sweet...well not sweet...but the ground will sure taste good after 8 shots..

have fun on your ruski tour...
