Catalunya - Beach, Food and Nature

Against the odds (the weather was supposed to be bad) Anna and I spent two good days on the beach, causing at least one of us to achieve somewhat of a tan...

And then inland - to Vic - with Agnes and Ricard to enjoy the market in a massive piazza, catalan-style sausages (fuet), lunch at an traditional restaurant which serves embotit (salsichon cheese, yum!), and then a little walking... Note the church spire in the damn in the last picture - the small town in the valley was allowed to flood a few years back to create a new reservoir (and hence we drink bottled water!)
